Country map with mouse hover color change and country name label

Design choice

Data source:https://github.com/topojson/topojson-client

I chose this style to represent each country as a single shape in svg. Data per country is much easier represented in a map, and much easier to understand when one can interact with it by hovering the cursor on over each contry to get additional information (country name and this case and population to be added).
